  • we will not be obliged to adjust or reverse any such instructions or transactions and we will not be liable to you for acting on or processing or otherwise acting on such transactions or communications;
  • you will indemnify us for any loss we suffer as a result of misuse of your Username or Password, where such misuse results for your failure to use all reasonable endeavours to prevent unauthorised or fraudulent use.
